I am drowning in paperwork!

Coastal Kindness to the rescue! In the form of Cathy Campbell and her team of Excel-experts!

An all too common problem with which many of us will be all too familiar, right? At times it can seem overwhelming.

Meticulous record keeping is key to the functioning of most organisations, and particularly so when they are doctors’ rooms, clinics or hospitals. But the healthcare workers at our local clinics were not merely drowning in the paperwork of patients’ files: they were rapidly running out of space as the piles proliferated.

Coastal Kindness to the rescue! In the form of Cathy Campbell and her team of Excel-experts!

They have this year computerised many old patients’ files, working either from home or from the clinics themselves. This has meant that many of the paper files have now been centrally archived off-site, freeing up valuable space.

And our healthcare workers can breathe again, heads above water at last!

Take a look at the number of files computerised at the four local clinics and be amazed at what these volunteers, Cathy and her team, have accomplished!

Ekuphumleni - 835 patient files
Kwanonqubela - 1,398 patient files
Wentzel Park - 246 patient files
Station Hill - 818 patient files
