Our first responders had a quieter month than September.

October was a little kinder to our First Responders than September had been.

Kenton

  • Embedded sea urchin spines
  • Reported drowning – referred to GP

Ekuphumleni

  • Dislocated finger
  • Deep head wound – EMS transfer

 Bushmans River

  • Intoxicated male on roadside – advised to move
  • Substance related – referred to GP
  • Dog bite – Gardmed transfer
  • Wrist Fracture
  • Suspected heart attack – Gardmed transfer

Klipfontein

  • Dislocated shoulder – Rugby match
  • Muscle injury – Rugby match
  • Suspected heart attack – EMS transfer

We salute all our wonderful voluntary Medical First Responders and would welcome new active first responders to join the team
