Meet Dr Susan McGarvie.
Susan is a local girl who grew up on a farm near Kenton. After spending some time away, she’s circled back to her roots, and now offers mindfulness-based therapeutic coaching and counselling both in-person [in Kenton] and online.
Susan’s background includes degrees in nursing, business management, palliative care, and psychology, alongside decades of experience in healthcare, non-profits, and academia. Her evidence-based practice integrates positive psychology, mindfulness, coaching and adult learning principles and approaches.
