Join us for an experiential mindfulness workshop designed to help you find peace and presence in the midst of life's chaos. Through guided meditation, mindful movement, and interactive exercises, you'll discover techniques to reduce stress, enhance emotional well-being, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. This hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering practical tools to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine.

Meet Dr Susan McGarvie.

Susan is a local girl who grew up on a farm near Kenton. After spending some time away, she's circled back to her roots, and now offers mindfulness-based therapeutic coaching and counselling both in-person [in Kenton] and online.

Susan's background includes degrees in nursing, business management, palliative care, and psychology, alongside decades of experience in healthcare, non-profits, and academia. Her evidence-based practice integrates positive psychology, mindfulness, coaching and adult learning principles and approaches.
