We’ve all seen CPR done in the movies, but this is real life! Or death.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) are two very different life-saving techniques which, used together, are the most effective way of saving a victim of sudden cardiac arrest.
Coastal Kindness is now able to offer you the opportunity to learn both techniques, free of charge, and thus enable you to make a meaningful contribution to the safety of our community.
The first courses, one hour in duration, start in the coming week. Numbers are limited, so book your place now! And if you can’t make it this time, watch this space for details of the next training course, as well as news about First Aid Training to happen soon!
