We can’t do this alone. We’re all in this together. Time and time again, we’ve said this in so many different ways. And never more true than when it comes to vaccinations.
The more who are vaccinated, the better our chances of – one day – getting back to the way things used to be.
So, have your staff been vaccinated? Have they registered? Have you helped them to register? Or told them they can fill out a manual registration form at the clinic? Have you allayed any fears? Have you encouraged them to get the jab?
Have you given them the couple of hours off work to join the queues at the vaccination sites?
If not, why not? We’re all in this together! So, whether you employ one person or an entire staff, give them the choice, and the chance, to vaccinate. Pretty soon everyone 18 and over will be eligible. Imagine our whole working population safer!
And maybe one day soon, we’ll be able to chuck away our masks and shake hands again!
